Lots of Bad Things

Here are your answers:

  • Let's not feed the fish. They know what is best for their diet.

  • Touching marine life makes them more susceptible to disease.

  • Feeding, teasing and touching can be dangerous to both the eel and other critters and to the diver.

  • Disturbing bottom sediment can irritate some corals and fish not to mention, cloud the view for scuba divers.

  • Sitting in or on large sponges will damage or destroy a beautiful specimen that has taken years to develop and grow.

  • Responsible divers won't collect corals and shells. Conservation is a must! Save them all for the oceans best chance to stay healthy.

  • Divers must learn how to maintain neutral buoyancy to avoid contact with corals, sponges and other marine creatures.

Do your part and let scuba divers know that they should be responsible divers and not hurt our pals in the sea!
